Duty Roster 2025

Premier and Premier Saturday Duties:

Morning Duty:
Start at 8.15am to 12.00 noon

  • 4/5 People required
    • 2 x Canteen Duty
      • Set up Canteen
      • Serve Patrons
      • Canteen Manager to set what needs to be done
    • 1 x Control Room
      • Support with incident forms
      • Announcements on PA system
    • 2/3 x Floaters
      • Distribute Wheelie bins around the Pavilion
      • Put E Grade Goal posts out for 9am round
      • Remove E Grade Goal posts after 9am round
      • Make sure toilet paper and hand towels are full
      • Umpire games for Umpire Coordinator (Games will be advised)
      • Supporting teams on court, where needed

Afternoon Duty:
Start at 12.00 noon & Finish at 3.30pm

  • 4/5 People required
    • 2 x Canteen Duty
      • Serve Patrons
      • Clean up Canteen when closing
      • Canteen Manager to set what needs to be done
    • 1 x Control Room
      • Support with incident forms
      • Announcements on PA system
      • Tidy up Control room at the end of day
    • 2/3 x Floaters
      • Ensure all Wheelie bins are back in front of Canteen
      • Make sure toilet paper and hand towels are full
      • Umpire games for Umpire Coordinator (Games will be advised)
      • Supporting teams on court, where needed
      • Monitor Rubbish Duty

Junior Team Saturday Duties:

Cleanup Duty:

  • Straight after last game to go to Control Room for instructions - we have gloves available
  • Pick up all rubbish around the courts and Pavilion
  • Sweep verandah area if necessary
  • Check in with Control Room before leaving court

Regulations regarding Duties:

4.7: Club / School / Team Responsibilities

a) During the season most teams will have at least one day’s duty.

b) Duties will be advised. Teams not completing duties satisfactorily will do duty again.

c) Teams that do not attend duty without written notice of 48 hours, will do duty again and or will be charged a $100 fee for Senior and Intermediate teams and a $50 fee for Junior teams.
