All game requests must be stated at the time of registration using the Game Time Request/Exclusions Form below.
Game requests for school balls must be submitted at time of registration through the exclusions system.
PPTANC Committee will do it’s best to accommodate these requests, however it may not be accommodated if moving games will disrupt the overall competition.
No game requests will be taken through the season. PPTANC will not be accommodating any requests through the Season, unless for unforeseen and exceptional circumstances.
The application for unforeseen and exception circumstances must be made in writing / electronic to the PPTANC Committee, at least 48 hours before the game.
PPTANC Committee has the discretion to approve or deny the request.
